Office Plants Tips & Ideas

Covid 19 and our tropical office plant service

Posted by:

The Covid 19 pandemic forced the majority of businesses in Ontario to shut down for 10 weeks. Moore Park Plantscapes was no exception. We are pleased to announce that we are now able to resume our services. We will be heading out on June 1st to see many of our customers. We want to thank everyone for jumping into this with us and offering to help care for the plants in our absence. We appreciate all the supportive emails and it was great to maintain contact with so many of you while we were stuck at home.

This week we delivered our first order of artificial plants to a newly reopened car dealership in Vaughan, and next week we are installing a brand new plantscape for a new customer in Mississauga!

We have an extensive list of safety guidelines and best practices our team will be following as we start on site visits again. We may look a bit different when you see us next! Our team will be wearing masks and visors for the foreseeable future when there are people present in the offices. We are fortunate in that we rarely need to touch surfaces other than our plants and pots. If we do, such as water taps or door handles, we will use sanitizing wipes as a barrier. We plan to service many of our offices early in the morning or on weekends. We are social distancing experts now too! If we feel we can’t take care of a plant and stay 2 meters away, we may relocate the plant to a less crowded area.

We are excited to be back at work. We feel that plants are an important part of the office environment, even in this strange new Covid 19 world. We hope that having lush healthy indoor office plants will brighten everyone’s day just a bit.

Stay safe everyone.
